About Scotts Bluff County Court Docket

Scotts Bluff County court information is maintained through two clerk offices in the Gering courthouse and Nebraska Judicial Branch systems. This private reference site organizes the public routes for finding a case, a setting, or a court record without treating the county's occasional docket postings as a live case register.

Why We Built This Site

Scotts Bluff County has one courthouse at 1725 10th Street in Gering, but it has two clerk systems with different records. The County Court Clerk Magistrate keeps County Court registers for traffic, misdemeanors, city ordinances, small claims, probate, and preliminary felony matters. The Clerk of the District Court maintains District Court filings, dockets, and judgments for district-level matters. Nebraska's JUSTICE One-Time Court Case Search brings public trial-court case information together statewide, while the clerks remain the route for official copies and current confirmation.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, not a Nebraska court, clerk office, or state agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot retrieve an official register of actions or case file
  • We cannot schedule, alter, or confirm a hearing setting
  • We cannot seal, amend, or remove a court record
  • We cannot issue a certified copy of an order, judgment, or docket
  • We cannot provide legal advice about a case or deadline
  • We cannot guarantee that a court's hours, fees, or procedures have not changed

For an official or certified record, use the clerk that maintains the case. County Court and District Court records are kept separately even though both offices are in the same Gering courthouse.

Search Partners

Some pages include a search box supplied by an outside provider. That provider controls its service, pricing, and results, and a referral fee may be earned when a visitor follows a paid offer. Public Nebraska trial-court case information is instead available through official channels such as JUSTICE, the Nebraska court-calendar service, and the appropriate clerk.
